Verify the download
Open PowerShell in the download folder and run Get-FileHash with SHA256. The returned value must exactly match the digest shown above.
- Do not run a package if the digest differs.
- Do not download MetaStripper from third-party software mirrors.
- Windows may show a reputation warning before code signing is established; verify the publisher page and digest before deciding to proceed.
Install and start
The recommended installer places the complete application under your Windows account and creates a standard uninstaller. The portable ZIP changes no installation settings, but it must be fully extracted before MetaStripper.exe is launched.
- Do not move only MetaStripper.exe away from its _internal and licenses folders.
- Start the application from a normal user account.
- Sign in to start the restricted three-day trial or activate a purchased license.
- Keep an original copy of valuable files until you have reviewed the output.
System requirements
A supported 64-bit Windows installation, local storage for input and output files, and internet access for sign-in, trial issuance, license activation, and account operations.
