Agreement and eligibility

By installing, starting a trial, purchasing, or using MetaStripper, you agree to these terms. You must have legal capacity to enter the agreement and must provide accurate account and purchase information.

Three-day trial

One restricted trial may be issued for three days. Functional and batch limits apply. When the signed trial expires, processing is disabled until a valid paid license is activated.

• Creating multiple identities or manipulating clocks, devices, files, or network responses to extend a trial is prohibited.
• A trial is offered for evaluation and may be refused where abuse or security risk is detected.

Perpetual license scope

A paid license grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased MetaStripper edition without a recurring license fee, subject to these terms.

• Personal: one user and up to three activated devices.
• Family: up to three members of one household and up to nine activated devices in total.
• Updates made generally available for the purchased desktop product are included.
• Separate future products, platforms, services, or major commercial editions are not included unless expressly stated.

Activation and device limits

Online sign-in and activation may be required. You may deactivate or replace devices through supported account procedures. Circumventing activation, sharing a Personal license with other users, selling license access, or distributing license tokens is prohibited.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by the online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the merchant of record for MetaStripper orders and handles payment collection, applicable taxes, receipts, payment support, and returns under its buyer terms and refund policy. Paddle shows the final amount and applicable tax before payment.

Responsible use

You remain responsible for the files you process and share. Keep appropriate backups and review outputs before deleting originals. Do not use the product to violate law, privacy, intellectual property, sanctions, export restrictions, or the rights of others.

Passwords, archives, and encrypted files

MetaStripper cannot recover passwords for .msenc or .msarchive containers. You are responsible for retaining passwords and independent backups. A wrong password and a damaged or unauthentic container intentionally produce the same failure class, and failed decryption does not create partial plaintext output.

Availability and changes

We may provide fixes, security updates, compatibility updates, and feature changes. Online account and activation services may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or events outside reasonable control. We aim to preserve legitimate perpetual-license use while protecting the service from abuse.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the software is provided without a guarantee that every file, format, metadata variant, or third-party viewer will behave identically. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. For losses that may be limited, aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected license, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Termination

You may stop using MetaStripper at any time. We may suspend online services or terminate a license for material breach, fraud, payment reversal, unlawful use, or security abuse. Where a breach can reasonably be cured, we may provide an opportunity to cure it.

• On termination, stop using the affected license and remove license tokens from unauthorized devices.
• Terms concerning ownership, payment, liability, disputes, and necessary records survive termination.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, while mandatory consumer protections in your country remain unaffected. Contact admin@metastripper.pro before starting a dispute so we can try to resolve it promptly.
